The 112 Day Challenge is taking New Zealand by Storm This years pilot group of 54 challengers are set to have New Zealand sit up and take notice with this ground breaking programme that has a four pronged approach.

We know the challengers are really excited to begin the journey of finding the new them as well as shedding some kilos along the way! We are looking forward to helping the 54 Challengers achieve both their short term and long term goals and we can’t wait to see the outcome.

In order to lose weight and keep it off you don’t just need to exercise and change your eating plan, you also need to think differently. Before you see results on the outside you must feel differently on the inside both in your heart and your head. (Bearing in mind that these things take time as they say Rome wasn’t built in a day.)

So… in order to be successful, you have to feel it. Following the 112 Day Challenge…my number one advice is “Work this plan like someone is holding your head underwater and you need air”

Do everything in your power to succeed!
